INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp flavoured protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup/jaggery powder
- 1 tsp soaked Chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- A pinch of cinnamon
METHOD
- Chop all the fruits and the spinach.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and start blending at a slow speed.
- Increase the speed gradually and blend for about 50-60 seconds till the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
